Release notes

This section provides a chronological record of updates, improvements, and fixes applied to the Tokenizer.Estate platform.

2025.43

  • Improved Filtering and Sorting
Fixed multiple backend and frontend issues causing 400 and 404 errors when sorting and filtering tables. Added stability and consistency for all data views.
  • UI and UX Fixes
Unified margins, corrected button and icon sizes, fixed Safari layout issues, and improved empty and notification states according to the design system.
  • System Stability and Error Pages
Added a new 500 Error Page, improved error messages and save button logic, fixed CSV export and page refresh issues on /user/account.
  • Contract, Compliance, and Wallet Fixes
Updated contract workflow, fixed compliance save issue, corrected wallet linking and deletion, and ensured token purchase and unit status flows work correctly.

2025.42

  • Blockchain Tab Integration on Unit Page
A new "Blockchain" tab has been added to the Unit detail page in the Admin panel. This tab becomes visible only to admins with smart-contract-related permissions and provides real-time interaction with the blockchain. Admins can view token contract data, access the Address Explorer (with balance and role information), and execute contract methods such as minting and burning tokens—based on their granted permissions. All forms include validation, loading states, and clear success/failure notifications to ensure secure and transparent interaction with smart contracts.
  • Reworked Logs Section with System & Client Tabs
The Logs section in the Admin panel has been redesigned to include two separate tabs — System Logs and Client Logs. This update improves data organization and navigation by grouping internal platform events and user-related activities into distinct views. The new structure supports deep linking, persistent filters, and shared UI components, while maintaining all existing functionality such as search, pagination, and live updates for system logs.

2025.41

  • UTMs on User page
A new UTM Block has been added to the User page, allowing admins to view essential marketing attribution data at a glance. This read-only section displays five key UTM parameters—Campaign, Source, Medium, Content, and Term—automatically prefilled from backend data when available. The block is styled consistently with other UI elements, supports empty field states, and is fully responsive for both desktop and mobile. This feature enhances visibility into how users arrive on the platform, helping improve attribution tracking and campaign performance analysis.
  • Changing passwords for users
We’ve added new 2FA-secured workflows to improve account security and user control. Users can now change their passwords through a new multi-step flow that includes verification via 2FA, with clear success/error messages and intuitive transitions between steps. Additionally, there’s a new option to disable 2FA, which requires an email verification code to confirm. The process includes a ā€œDisable 2FAā€ button, confirmation modal, and email code input with a ā€œResend Codeā€ option for convenience. These changes make account management safer and more transparent.

2025.40

  • New "Application Dossier" tab added to Compliance section
We’ve introduced a new ā€œApplication Dossierā€ tab in the admin panel under Compliance. This section allows admins to fill out a structured form with detailed project information and automatically keeps a history of all changes made — who edited what and when. At the bottom, there's a version history table for easy tracking. This feature is specifically designed to help prepare and organize data for official reporting to regulatory authorities, ensuring everything is clear, traceable, and up to date.
  • Improved Data Handling with "Save Changes" Buttons
We’ve updated the way data is saved across the platform by introducing explicit "Save Changes" buttons wherever edits can be made. Previously, any change to a field would be saved instantly, which could lead to unnecessary load on the system and potential confusion. With this new approach, changes are only saved when the user confirms them, making the platform more stable, efficient, and user-friendly.

2025.38-39

  • Help Center for Users and Admins
We introduced a chat-based Help Center to the user dashboard, enabling clients to create support tickets, attach files, track ticket status, and communicate directly with administrators in real time. On the admin side, a dedicated interface was added to manage tickets — including viewing ticket details, responding via chat, assigning tickets, and marking them as resolved. Real-time updates and status logging are fully supported.
  • Unified ā€œSend Tokensā€ Interface
A redesigned ā€œSend Tokensā€ modal was implemented across the platform, featuring real-time balance checks, API integration for token transfers, input validation, and clear success/error feedback. This streamlined interface is available to authorized Admins for both individual and batch transfers.
  • Notifications
We've added a new Notifications section and Tabs to the admin panel, allowing administrators to send important updates to users. Notifications can be categorized (e.g., System, Unit Updates, Payouts & Earnings) and include custom headlines and descriptions. Admins can also filter and view delivery statuses. This improves transparency and communication across the platform.
  • Compliance and Admin Tools
We expanded compliance support with a new Weekly Snapshot log, along with a Compliance section now embedded on each Unit page for better transparency. Additional UX improvements include event type filtering in the System Logs table and a new timezone field in Admin profile settings to support distributed teams.

2025.37

  • Enhancements:
    System Log Filters:
Introduced filtering capabilities for system logs, making it easier for admins to narrow down activity by event type, IP, and date.
Market Module Integration: Finalized backend and UI integration with the Marketplace, enabling seamless visibility and interaction with tokenized assets across modules.
  • Fixes & UI Improvements:
Resolved various minor bugs and applied cosmetic UI tweaks to improve overall user experience.

2025.36

  • FAQ Section on Landing Page
A dynamic FAQ block was added to the public landing page, helping visitors quickly understand core platform concepts and processes. Questions and answers can be updated via content management tools.
  • Compliance Page in Admin Panel
Admins now have access to a dedicated Compliance tab in the Admin Panel. It includes essential legal documents, configuration interfaces for regulatory uploads, and a centralized location for tracking MiCA- or VARA-related compliance needs.
  • Burst Mode for Admins (Elevate Mode)
Introduced ā€œBurst Modeā€ (also known as Elevate) — a temporary access elevation feature for Admins. This mode enables privileged actions for a limited time, with visual indicators and activity logging for security. Useful for critical operations without long-term permission changes.

We also added Spanish language support across the interface to improve accessibility for international users, and implemented marketplace integration to sync unit data with external platforms for broader investor reach.

2025.35

  • Currency and Language Selector
Implemented language and currency selectors with dynamic updates — added dropdowns on unit pages allowing users to switch both the interface language and display currency. All pricing and text content now update dynamically based on the user's selections, without requiring a page reload.
  • Added CSV Export with Filters for Admin Tables
We've implemented a ā€œDownload CSVā€ button across all tables in the Admin Panel. It exports the currently displayed data, respecting all applied filters, into a downloadable CSV file. This enhancement improves data portability and streamlines reporting for admin users.
  • Implemented the 2FA recovery code system for both admin and regular users
The task included handling one-time code generation upon successful 2FA setup, integrating a secure UI to display and copy the code, and ensuring no local storage of the code. Additionally, it enabled login using the recovery code through a dedicated UI flow and new backend endpoint, along with appropriate state management and success/error messaging based on backend responses.

2025.34

  • Notification Preferences for Users
Users can now configure their notification preferences directly in their profiles. This feature empowers them to control what types of alerts they wish to receive (e.g., system updates, investment news, activity reports) and via which channels (email, in-app). This change improves user autonomy and helps reduce noise from non-relevant communications.
  • Restore Units button in Admin Panel
A ā€œRestoreā€ button has been added to the Unit's version history, allowing administrators to easily recover previous versions of real estate units.
  • Compliance page and "User Roles Snapshot" report
We've introduced a new Compliance page in the admin panel, including a feature to securely download the User Roles Snapshot report (CSV format).

2025.33

  • System Logs
We’ve introduced a new System Logs section to the admin panel, providing administrators with a transparent and structured way to monitor key platform events — such as user actions, system updates, and backend operations. This addition enhances observability and helps in tracking behavior, debugging, and maintaining platform integrity.

In parallel, we’ve also delivered a number of UI/UX improvements and minor bug fixes, reinforcing our commitment to smooth functionality and a polished, intuitive experience for all admin users.

2025.32

2025.31

  • Unit version history
The functionality for capturing and storing the complete state of a Unit upon publication has been implemented. Now users can retrieve historical published versions and restore a past published version as a new working draft.
  • HSM integration and JWT signing service initialization
Integration with AWS Key Management Service (KMS) for cryptographic operations has been implemented. Now admins can utilize the initialized KMS client, provisioned asymmetric signing key, and dedicated service for generating and signing JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) for internal service-to-service authentication.
  • IP Whitelist management
Service for managing IP whitelist rules, associating them with users, and enforcing these rules for Admin Panel access has been implemented. Now users can create, read, and delete rules with robust IP validation, database storage, and authorization middleware.

We've also addressed various visual and functional bugs, underscoring our dedication to continuously improving the platform and ensuring a smooth user experience.

2025.30

  • Frontend Web3 module
A Web3 module on the frontend has been implemented, complementing the existing backend module. Now users can benefit from real-time requests sent to the smart contract, ensuring instant updates of values associated with tokens and transactions, including their status and quantities, after operations are completed.
  • Permissions system for admins
Now users can configure granular access rights to different admin panel pages and functions, including displaying existing permissions, enabling selection of preset roles, allowing modification of these permissions via an interactive grid, and saving custom permission sets as new templates and applying them to other admins.
  • Admin personal account page
"Personal Account" page in the Admin Panel has been implemented. Now admins can access their personal account page for profile management: change personal data and password, 2FA.

We've also addressed various visual and functional bugs, underscoring our dedication to continuously improving the platform and ensuring a smooth user experience.
