2.7 Setting Up Company Information and Policies

The Settings section of the admin panel allows you to configure key platform information that is visible to investors and used across the investor backoffice. It consists of two types of settings:

  • Company and social metadata (general)
  • Legal and compliance documents (disclaimer, terms and conditions, privacy policy, AML policy, cookie policy, KYB policy)

All changes must be saved using the Save Settings button in the top right corner of each screen.

2.7.1 General Settings

Under the General tab, you can define your company’s public identity:

  • Company name – displayed in the footer and metadata;
  • Address – optional, for legal identification;
  • Copyright – used in the frontend site footer;
  • Social links – URLs for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Discord.

All fields must be valid URLs where applicable. Empty fields will not be shown in public.

The remaining tabs in the Settings section allow you to upload and update your platform’s legal content:

  • Disclaimer
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • AML Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • KYB Policy

Each policy opens in a rich text editor where you can:

  • Paste content from external sources
  • Format text (bold, headers, links, etc.)
  • Use basic HTML if needed via the code button (< >)
  • Save your changes with the Save Settings button

These documents are publicly visible to investors and should be kept up to date in accordance with local regulations and company procedures.
