3.1 Toolbar & Navigation Basics
The left-hand sidebar provides quick access to all primary sections of the Tokenizer.Estate admin panel. It is persistent across all screens, ensuring seamless navigation between areas of the application.
3.1.1 Sidebar Menu Structure
- Dashboard – Overview of analytics, transactions, and sales summaries
- Units – Manage all real estate units, including creation, publishing, editing, and archiving
- Users – View and manage user profiles, wallets, verification status, and token balances
- Admins – Assign admin access and configure roles and permissions
- Transactions – View and filter transaction data related to token purchases and transfers
- Settings – Configure global settings, company details, policies, and social links
- API Keys – Generate and manage API keys to integrate the platform with 3rd party sources
- Profile – Configure your admin account, enable or disable 2FA
- Logout – End the session and log out of the admin panel
3.1.2 Global Search
At the top of the sidebar is a global search bar, allowing you to quickly search across the entire platform. Use it to find users, units, or transactions by keyword without switching between sections.
This layered search structure allows for both broad global lookup and targeted filtering within specific sections.
3.1.3 Download CSV Button
The Download CSV button allows administrators to export data from any table view across the admin panel into a downloadable CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file.
This feature is consistently available at the top-right corner above each data table, regardless of which tab or module you’re viewing (e.g., Units, Users, Transactions, Timeline, etc.).
How It Works:
- When clicked, the button triggers an instant download of a CSV file containing only the currently displayed data from the respective table.
- If filters or search queries are applied, the exported file will reflect that exact filtered view, rather than the full dataset.
- The export includes all visible columns and rows, allowing for convenient offline access, review, or reporting.
No additional confirmation dialog is required; download starts automatically. File naming follows standard formatting per module (e.g., units-2025-09-04.csv, users-2025-09-04.csv). This feature is designed to make data handling more efficient, transparent, and portable for all administrative users.
