3.1.2 Global Search
At the top of the sidebar is a global search bar, allowing you to search across the entire platform quickly. Use it to find users, units, or transactions by keyword without switching between sections.
This layered search structure allows for both broad global lookup and targeted filtering within specific sections.
3.1.3 Work with tables in the system
There are numerous tables in the system, including the Units table, the Users table, the Admins table, and more.
You can reorder columns: Click and hold a column header, drag it left or right, and release it where you want the column to appear. You can manage the table columns via the Manage columns button in the page header.
At the bottom of all the tables, you can find:
- Rows per page selector β Adjusts how many entries are displayed.
- Navigation controls β Allow browsing through multiple pages of results.
At the top of the tables, you can find the following options:
- Reset All Filters β clears all filters and shows the full list.
- Refresh Table β refreshes the data in the table.
- Download CSV β exports the table in CSV format.
3.1.3.1 Download CSV Button
The Download CSV button allows administrators to export data from any table view across the admin panel into a downloadable CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file.
This feature is consistently available at the top-right corner above each data table, regardless of which tab or module youβre viewing (e.g., Units, Users, Transactions, etc.).
How It Works:
- When clicked, the button triggers an instant download of a CSV file containing only the currently displayed data from the table.
- If filters or search queries are applied, the exported file reflects the filtered view rather than the full dataset.
- The export includes all visible columns and rows.
No confirmation dialog is required; the download starts automatically. File naming follows the format used in each module (e.g., units-2025-09-04.csv, users-2025-09-04.csv).
