3. Interface and Features (Page-by-Page Guide)

3.13 Notifications

The Notifications section provides administrators with a centralized interface for sending, reviewing, and managing platform-wide messages. This feature improves communication with users by allowing tailored updates and system alerts to be sent directly from the Admin Panel.

Notifications allow admins to:

  • Send categorized messages to specific users or all users.
  • Keep users informed about platform news, earnings, unit updates, and more.
  • Track delivery status to ensure notifications are successfully sent.
  • Filter and search messages by date, user, category, and content.

The table in this section provides a detailed list of all sent notifications.

  • Column sorting: Small arrows to the right of the column name can be used to sort by the column content; pressing the icon again will sort in the opposite direction. There are different types of sorting for different columns:
    • alphabetically (A–Z / Z–A) for text columns such as Headline.
    • by date (from earliest to latest and back) for Timestamp
  • Column Filters: Each table column supports its own filter or input field to narrow down results:
      • ID ā€“ free text input for the Notifications' ID.
      • Timestamp ā€“ date range picker to display activities only within that period.
      • Category ā€“ dropdown filter for notifications' category.
      • User ā€“ free text input for the User's email, name, or User ID.
      • Headline ā€“ free text input for the title of the message
      • Text ā€“ free text input for message body.
      • Status ā€“ dropdown filter for statuses.

Each row includes:

Column Description
ID ID of the notification.
Timestamp When the notification was sent.
Category The type of message (e.g., System, Payouts & Earnings).
Users The email or user account that received the notification.
Headline A brief title of the message.
Text The full message content.
Status The delivery state (Delivered, Read, Deleted).

3.13.1 Creating a New Notification
