4.4 Verification Failed or Reset
💡
This article needs to be updated
User verification may occasionally fail or be reset due to various system or data issues. This section outlines the most common causes and how admins can resolve them within the Tokenizer.Estate admin panel.
Common causes:
- Admin manually edited data post-verification: If an admin changes key profile fields after being verified, the system will reset the verification status.
- Admin reset: An admin may have manually revoked the verification due to inconsistencies or compliance review.
- Backend or API error: Connectivity issues with third-party verification services may result in failed attempts.
What to do:
- Review user profile data: Open the user profile and verify all required fields are correctly filled out and up to date.
- Use the "Verify" action manually: In the admin panel under Users > Profile, click the Verify checkbox to reapprove a legitimate user after review.
- Check for systemic issues: If multiple users are affected, there may be a service or integration problem. Contact support at hello@tokenizer.estate.
