1.3 Blockchain Information
The Tokenizer.Estate platform operates on the EVM-compatible blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, etc.). All smart contracts, token issuance, and transaction records are executed on-chain using blockchain. It is recommended to use Polygon blockchain which provides faster transaction speeds and lower gas fees compared to the Ethereum mainnet, while maintaining compatibility with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standards.
This means that:
- All deployed smart contracts follow EVM-compatible standards such as ERC-20 or ERC-721;
- Wallets used on the platform (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect) must support chosen network;
- Token purchases, ownership records, and portfolio data are secured via on-chain transactions;
- Any external blockchain data (e.g., transaction hashes, wallet addresses) can be verified via Polygonscan, a blockchain explorer for the Polygon network, or similar service for other chosen blockchains.
The use of EVM-compatible blockchains enables a seamless user experience for decentralized real estate tokenization while maintaining transparency, immutability, and interoperability with the broader Web3 ecosystem.
