2.5 Setting Up Company Information and Policies

The Content section of the admin panel allows you to configure key platform information that is visible to investors and used across the investor-facing interface. It is divided into two areas: general settings and legal documents.

2.5.1 General Settings

The General tab contains three groups of fields, each saved independently.

Company Details

  • Company name — the legal or trading name of the operating company displayed to investors.
  • Address — the registered or operational address of the company.
  • Copyright — the copyright notice shown in the platform footer.

Platform Operator Regulatory Details

  • LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) — the unique 20-character identifier assigned to the operator as a legal entity under the global LEI system.
  • NCA (National Competent Authority) — the identifier or registration number issued by the national regulatory authority that oversees the operator's activities.
  • Contact email — the official contact email address displayed to investors for regulatory or compliance inquiries.

Social Links

Optional fields for the operator's social media presence. Configured links are displayed on the investor-facing platform. Available channels: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Telegram.

The remaining tabs in the Content section allow the operator to upload and manage legal and compliance documents that are publicly available to investors:

  • Disclaimer
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • AML Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • KYB Policy

Each document can be edited independently and is displayed to investors through the corresponding section of the investor-facing interface.
