3.16 Conversions
The Conversions section shows how visitors move from registration to their first and repeat investments. It helps you see where users drop off, and which traffic sources and segments bring the most active investors.
Selecting a date range
The date picker in the top-right corner controls the whole page. Both the funnel and the table update together.
A user is included in the report based on their registration date. If someone registered before the selected period, they will not appear in the report — even if they completed KYC or made a purchase during it.
Funnel stages
The funnel has five stages. Each stage counts users who reached it, so a user who bought twice is also counted in all earlier stages.
| Stage | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Registered | Users who created an account. This is the starting point — 100% of the funnel. |
| Email confirmed | Users who clicked the confirmation link in the verification email. |
| KYC passed | Users whose identity verification was approved. Pending and rejected applications are not counted. |
| Bought 1+ times | Users who completed at least one purchase of tokens. |
| Bought 2+ times | Users who came back and made a second purchase or more. |
A large gap between two neighbouring stages shows where users drop off. For example, a big drop between Email confirmed and KYC passed usually means the verification step needs attention.
Grouping the data
Two dropdowns above the chart control how the data is split:
- UTM Source — groups users by the traffic source recorded when they first arrived on the platform
Reading the chart
Each stage on the horizontal axis shows one bar per group. The vertical axis shows the number of users.
Hover over any bar to see the exact number for that group and stage.
